Yes Yes I know.. Here I go again! Another new thing on my plate. But I am telling you that this just may be the thing I was born to do. I make lotion, sugar scrub, bath bombs and much more. I have never been happy with many jobs...... But this one takes the cake!

How do you describe it all in one breath without constantly talking someone's ear off? You blog about it of course :-)

So here we go... It's time to tell the story of how this all got started. About 5 years ago I started on a path to a healthier lifestyle. One that would lead me to the creation of healthier cosmetics, bath and body products.

It came to me one day after a customer of mine sent me Meyer Lemons from California. The place I hold too dear to my heart. I grew up in San Diego so anything that comes from there, I hold sacred to my chest. Anyway, on with the story. I had a long conversation with her about the true benefits of Meyer Lemons and what they do for your skin. 

I began my journey and daily I researched every article and every piece of news I could find. But you all know exactly how I feel about lemons. I have posted a ton of blogs before on my other Blog, Midwest Food Blunders and More. Lemons are the fruit of God and is the liquid in the fountain of youth. 

Essential Oils

Until now, I had no idea how the essential oils of such fruit and herbs were so beneficial to us and our skin. Yes...Yes I know here I go again with the information I have gained from hours and hours of research. 

I watched a webinar last night on the benefits of essential oils and found the moon and stars to go along with the sun. Did you know that peppermint oil improves focus and energy? Tea Tree and Lemon oils cure stinky feet! And Lavender oil mixed with a carrier oil is good for scars, burns and bee stings... That's just the tip of the iceberg.

My heart is filled with joy from the moment I wake, till I finally go to sleep at night. I have never felt such a longing for information and yet I am so overwhelmed with all of it. There is years and years of information to research while I am trying to run a business

The Next Step....Happy Life

The next step is to market all of the product I have created in order to make a happy life. A chance to not only be myself but to show others how excited I am about this new venture and how wonderful it is to use natural products on your skin. 

Is there anything better than waking up in the morning feeling refreshed because you took a bath with a peppermint bath bomb the night before and used your peppermint lotion before you fell asleep? 

There's nothing quite like it and it's something I can attest to since I have actually done it. 

So in closing.... I will tell you that I am on a journey to a happy life and I will continue to create these delightful treats.
